From January 1st, 2011, the Chinese Embassy will start using new Visa Application Form (Form V.2011A &Form V.2011B). Please print the forms double-sidedly after downloading from the website. The advice on completing the forms can also be found at the same page. The Embassy will continue to accept applications made on the previous version of form until June 30th, 2011.
